The Receptionist Messaging Center provides a central repository for telephone messages, appointment scheduling, and web page contact inquiries.

Contacts receive progress messages when their message is received, is being read, and has been responded to. Metrics include how long the call/inquiry waited to be acknowledged, and how long it took to formulate and prepare a response to the client.
